Sber says SberAutoTech, Globaltruck run self-driving cargo vans

MOSCOW, Jun 27 (PRIME) -- SberAutoTech, a subsidiary of Sberbank, and truck carrier Globaltruck have launched cargo vehicles running between Moscow and St. Petersburg on the M-11 Neva highway, the bank said on Tuesday in a statement.

“SberAutoTech and Globaltruck have launched commercial unmanned cargo transportation,” the bank said.

In accordance with the requirements, the vehicles will be assisted with a test driver to control trip safety.
